
Siaira Milroy
MS Student in Global Affairs with a concentration in Peacebuilding with a specialization in Data Analytics

Siaira Milroy is currently a second-year master’s student at NYU’s Center for Global Affairs, studying Peacebuilding with a specialization in Data Analytics.
Last summer, she worked in Tunis, Tunisia, with Moomken Organization, based in Libya. While in Tunis, Siaira helped gain funding for a Libyan post-conflict city rehabilitation project and collaborated with her colleagues on the project design. Siaira is also a Paul D. Coverdell Fellow at NYU. In 2019 she was a Peace Corps volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, focusing on maternal and child health in small communities. Siaira values experiencing new cultures and learning from different people, having traveled to nearly 45 countries and living or working in 6. She speaks conversational Brazilian Portuguese.
Siaira attended undergraduate study at Michigan State University, holding a double bachelor’s in International Relations and Comparative Cultures and Politics with a minor in Bioethics.
