Open Letter to the Secretary-General and the Ambassador of Spain – We have sent the civil society open letter to the Secretary-General and the Ambassador of Spain that expresses our concern about the implications of the change of the date of Open Debate to civil society. It has been acknowledged by the Office of the SG although there has been no actual response yet. Attached is the copy of the open letter.
