Peacebuilding Communications Intern
Natalia is a Peacebuilding Communications Intern for GNWP. She is pursuing a Masters in Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies at King’s College London. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies and International Relations from the University of Toronto, Canada. Her interests lie at the intersection of peacebuilding, transitional justice and women’s rights.
She previously worked with Cuso International on a research project addressing youth, women and victims of the armed conflict in relation to employment and psychosocial support in Colombia. She has worked with organizations in Peru, Colombia and Canada that advocate for gender equality, inclusion and immigration and refugee support. She has experience in program support and implementation, research and policy analysis.
She is passionate about assisting marginalized and underserved communities, in particular women and girls by empowerment through capacity building and people-centered approaches.
