
Milka Mupuka
Peacebuilding Monitoring and Evaluation Associate
Milka is currently studying for an MA in Monitoring and Evaluation at the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe and expects to graduate in November 2023. Prior to joining GNWP, Milka worked for the National Democratic Institute (NDI) where she supported the Zimbabwe country team in the planning, designing, implementation and the monitoring and evaluation of programs whose objectives were on election observation, citizen engagement and election reform and advocacy.
With an academic and professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, Milka has managed to combine the theoretical and practical aspects of monitoring and evaluation and have a deeper understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytics for a holistic experience in the field. Milka joins the GNWP team from Zimbabwe as a Peacebuilding Monitoring and Evaluation Associate. She is a monitoring and evaluation practitioner who is competent in learning and knowledge management, research, development communication and project management. Milka is passionate about implementing global policies and international laws to the national and local; to national and community level and amplifying the voices of grassroots women at the global level.
She holds a BSc Honors degree in Politics and Public Management from the Midlands State University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Zimbabwe
