Heifi Gasperetti is a scholar with a BS in Human Development and a BS in Forestry. Between 2014 and 2020 she worked in the tourism industry on the Western Coast of the United States. She spent time in Senegal, Africa working as a Agroforestry Volunteer in a small village outside of Kédougou. A former consultant for EcoPeace Middle East designing a virtual experiential program that can be implemented nationally and regionally to deepen and enhance working relations between offices during COVID-19. She is a fellow with itotheN, an international development think-tank focused on researching innovative human-centered approaches to development.
