Anne holds a BA in International Relations from King’s College London (KCL) and a Masters Degree in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE). Her academic research included WPS, human rights, terrorism and international law. She wrote her final Masters paper on the Pacific Islands’ Regional Action Plan on WPS, with a special focus on women’s inclusion in Parliaments in Bougainville and the Solomon Islands.
Prior to joining GNWP, Anne worked as a Security Council Monitor Fellow at the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF)/PeaceWomen where she developed WPS expertise, with a focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
